A `net.sf.saxon.TransformerFactoryImpl` or `TransformerFactory` was instantiated without secure configuration. Ensure `FEATURE_SECURE_PROCESSING` is enabled, or `ACCESS_EXTERNAL_DTD` is disabled, to prevent XML External Entity (XXE) attacks.
