Variable-Length Quantity (VLQ) decoding was found without an upper bound check. Processing unbounded ASN.1 tags, OIDs, or other base-128 varints can lead to excessive resource consumption (DoS) and integer conversion errors. Ensure that there is a limit on the number of iterations or the maximum value of the decoded integer.
