CVE-2026-78385: Python Weasyprint Missing Url Fetcher
WeasyPrint's HTML renderer was instantiated without a custom `url_fetcher`. By default, WeasyPrint resolves external URLs and `file://` resources, which can enable Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) and arbitrary local file disclosure.
