An unescaped variable/property is concatenated into a single-quoted SQL string literal (the '...".".$var."' shape). A single quote inside the value terminates the SQL literal and allows SQL injection. CVE-2026-116218 exploited exactly this in CompanyBankAccount::create(), where the API-controlled 'type' property broke out of the INSERT INTO ...societe_rib VA
