Calling `NegotiateAuthentication.Wrap` with `requestEncryption: false` disables confidentiality and applies only an integrity check (MIC). This exposes sensitive data like proof keys to network observers. Ensure `requestEncryption` is `true` and verify the `isEncrypted` out-parameter evaluates to `true` to prevent downgrade attacks.
