The in/out buffer size parameter `$LEN` passed to `gnutls_x509_crt_get_subject_alt_name` is not reset within the loop body. If `$LEN` retains a larger buffer size from earlier operations or is overwritten by GnuTLS, subsequent iterations may cause a buffer overflow or improper truncation.
