CVE-2026-42480: Occt Stale Cache Transfer
Direct use of `TransferCacheValues` indiscriminately copies cached items without executing freshness or generation validations normally performed by `Get()`. This bypasses cache staleness filters and can result in CAD structure corruption or use-before-replace vulnerabilities. Iterate cache types via `Cache().CacheKindIter(...)` and resolve them item-by-item
